Digest of International Investment Jurisprudence

This is a not–for–profit service by the International Investment Law Centre Cologne at the University of Cologne. Through this Digest, we aim to help scholars, students and practitioners in their work and studies by providing a systematic collection of statements made by tribunals regarding international investment law and international investment treaties.

This current version is a community preview featuring mainly decisions from 1990-2002 and 2010-2012. We are constantly adding new content and improving the website. Please feel free to send us your comments, suggestions and corrections!
